SBA 7(a)
Flexible financing for your next move: Finance a business acquisition, working capital, equipment, owner-occupied commercial real estate, or eligible business debt refinancing. Loans are available for up to $5 million.
SBA 504
Invest in a place to grow: Finance owner-occupied commercial real estate and long-term equipment. This option pairs bank financing with a Certified Development Company (CDC) loan, and the CDC portion offers long-term, fixed-rate financing.
SBA Express
Quick access to capital: Secure a loan or revolving line of credit up to $500,000 through a streamlined SBA option that supports a range of eligible business needs.
