Andrew S. Wyatt
Chief Executive Officer
Andy founded Cornerstone Capital Management in 1993 with the goal of providing clients the rare combination of superior investment returns and world class client service. Today he serves as Chairman of the Cornerstone Investment Policy Committee and is also responsible for the company's client service, compliance and communications efforts. Prior to Cornerstone, Andy was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Investment Advisers Inc. At IAI, he gained extensive investment experience working with both institutional and individual clients in the management of their financial portfolios. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Futures Trading. His vision, passion and energy results in an unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their financial objectives by creating a high performance culture that attracts and rewards the best financial management talent in the industry.

Thomas G. Kamp, CFA
President, Chief Investment Officer
Tom joined Cornerstone in February 2006 after thirteen years with Alliance Capital Management. As Cornerstone's Chief Investment Officer, Tom leads the research team, is a member of the Investment Policy Committee and is responsible for all portfolio management decisions. At Alliance Capital Management, he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager within the Large Capitalization Growth Equity Group. He managed the Minneapolis office of Alliance and by December 2005, had responsibility for over $9 billion in assets including the AllianceBernstein Large Cap Growth Fund, the Alliance Premier Institutional Fund, the ACM Global Investments – American Growth Portfolio (Luxembourg based), the ACM Funds, Inc. – American Growth Fund (UK based), and the Alliance American Premier Growth Fund (Japan based). He was also responsible for over $5 billion of assets from public and private institutions and high net worth individuals around the world. Prior to joining Alliance Capital in 1993, Tom evaluated and participated in funding emerging companies for IAI Venture Capital Group. Tom also founded and successfully sold Premier Computer Corporation, the world's largest computer disk drive remanufacturing organization and an outgrowth of a business plan formulated while at Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned an MBA with a specialization in Accounting from Northwestern University and a BSME with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Southern Methodist University. He is an occasional lecturer on strategic approaches to financial management to investment industry audiences across the country.

Thom C. Berkowitz
Senior Vice President
Thom joined Cornerstone Capital Management in May 2006 and leads our Private Client Group working with individuals and families. He also serves on our Investment Policy Committee. Prior to joining the Cornerstone team, Thom was with Capital Management Associates where he was a shareholder since 1994. At CMA, Thom helped individuals and businesses with strategic and financial planning. Thom's background also includes a strong emphasis in business succession planning. He is past president and chairman of the board of the Twin Cities Association for Financial Planning. Thom graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Physical Education.

Paul R. Roach, CFA
Vice President, Senior Analyst
Paul joined Cornerstone Capital Management as an Equity Analyst in 2000 and has responsibility for coverage and analysis of the Healthcare sector. Prior to that, he spent four years with Investment Advisers, Inc. (IAI) as an Associate Vice President and Equity Analyst working with the growth equity team. He started his career in the trust department of Norwest Bank (now Wells Fargo) after graduating from Hamline University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Economics. Paul also earned an MBA in Finance at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR).

Thomas M. Paulson
Vice President, Senior Analyst
Thomas joined Cornerstone Capital Management in February 2006 and is responsible for coverage of the Consumer sectors. He spent nearly five years at Alliance Capital Management where he was Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager within the Large Capitalization Growth Equity Group. At Alliance, Thomas was responsible for following Retail, Internet, Media, and select Consumer stocks and managing the Growth portion of the Focused Blend product. Thomas also worked as an Analyst for Sherpa Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. Before starting his career in financial services, he worked as one of the first engineers and developers at Myocor and ACIST Medical, two medical device companies. Thomas has an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Chad joined Cornerstone Capital Management as an Analyst in May 2006 and is responsible for coverage of the Finance Sector. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Chad was a Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray & Co. where his responsibilities included research coverage for the Specialty Insurance, Specialty Finance and U.S. Equity Market Strategy teams. Chad joined Piper Jaffray after three years as a Research Analyst at Jeffrey Slocum & Associates, an institutional investment consulting firm. He earned a BA from the University of Northern Iowa majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. He was honored with the Purple and Old Gold Award as a result of being Valedictorian of his class in Finance. Chad holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR).

Adam J. Freeman
Vice President, Senior Analyst
Adam joined Cornerstone Capital Management as an Analyst in January 2007 and is responsible for coverage of the Industrial Sector. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Adam was a Research Analyst at Magnetar Capital LLC in San Francisco where his responsibilities included research coverage for the Technology Sector, specifically the Hardware Industry. At Magnetar, Adam assisted in establishing the systems for evaluating sector risk exposure and risk management and had responsibility for monitoring those exposures on an ongoing basis. He joined Magnetar Capital LLC after two years as a Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray & Co. where he was part of the US Equity Market Strategy team. Adam graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics and earned an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ajaykumar P. Kasargod
Vice President, Senior Analyst
Ajay joined Cornerstone Capital Management in March 2011 and is responsible for coverage of the Information Technology and Telecommunication sectors. He joined Cornerstone after eleven years in the investment industry as a sell-side technology analyst at Morgan Keegan and at Piper Jaffray. Most recently, Ajay was a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Keegan following the Enterprise Software industry. In prior equity research roles, Ajay followed a number of technology subsectors including telecommunications, semiconductors, financial technology, IT services, application software, and infrastructure software. In addition to his experience in the investment industry, Ajay also worked as a member of the corporate finance organization at Advance Auto Parts. Ajay has a BA in Economics and International Relations from Connecticut College.

Robert Turkington
Vice President, Director of Trading
Bob joined Cornerstone Capital Management in October 2006 and brought seventeen years of institutional trading experience to the company. Previously Bob was a Principal at Piper Jaffray and Company in Minneapolis where he worked as an institutional equity trader. His previous financial services experience includes positions as Vice-President at JP Morgan Securities in both New York and Chicago. At JP Morgan, he was one of the first institutional investors to open and establish the trading department in Chicago. Bob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Dickinson College.

Senior Vice President
Bill joined Cornerstone Capital Management in July 2006 and is responsible for institutional business development and client services. He also serves on our Investment Policy Committee. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Bill owned an investment management marketing consulting service advising U.S., Canadian, and United Kingdom based investment firms on the North American institutional market. His previous marketing experience includes positions with IDS Advisory, Murray Johnstone International, and Postman Asset Management. His experience also included work with the United Bank of Kuwait ILC in London and Britannic Asset Management. Bill is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Laure A. Miler
Director of Portfolio Administration
Laure joined Cornerstone Capital Management as the Director of Portfolio Administration in February of 2006 and is responsible for portfolio and trading operations. Prior to joining to Cornerstone, Laure worked at Alliance Capital Management for 17 years as a portfolio administrative officer where her responsibilities included client servicing, portfolio trading, performance reporting and process improvement. Laure holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and earned an MBA in Marketing Management both from the University of St. Thomas.

Emily A. Einwalter
Director of Business Operations
Emily joined Cornerstone Capital Management in early July 2006. She came to Cornerstone Capital Management after spending over four years with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. as a Registered Financial Associate where she worked with the clients of several Financial Consultants. She simultaneously worked within A.G. Edwards training and recruiting areas and office supervision. Emily obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 license in February 2004 and has actively traded client accounts. Emily graduated from the University of Iowa in 2001 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Psychology. During college Emily was an intern for Congressman Jim Leach and also worked in the Trust Department of ISB&T as well as participated in the Sales Manager program at Younkers. Currently Emily's role with Cornerstone Capital Management extends from business operations, client services, marketing and accounting to portfolio administration and trading.

Loren R. Kix
Senior Vice President
Loren joined Cornerstone Capital Management as its Director of Finance & Operations and Chief Compliance Officer in September 2010.Today he also serves on the Investment Policy Committee. Prior to joining Cornerstone Loren worked for over 13 years at Delta Airlines, Inc. and Northwest Airlines, Inc. with proven and progressive experience leading people and major projects in the disciplines of supply chain management, purchasing, marketing, financial and administrative management. Loren started his career with Arthur Andersen and Company in Minneapolis as a Staff Tax Accountant and has also has successful experience as a Controller of a local law firm and data collection company. Loren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting from Bethel University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
